Let's talk about your next event
Tell us what you're organising. We reply with a proposal built around your event, not with a price list.
How to reach us
Two routes, the same person at the other end
No strings attached, no aggressive sales. A direct conversation about how we can help.
The brief
It's the fastest way to get a sensible proposal: the form asks, in order, for the information that actually matters (type of event, date, audience, goal) and saves two or three emails back and forth. No technical skill required.
If you'd rather write in your own words, or you have a question before telling us about the project, the address is info@eventlab360.com. We read every request, one by one.
So we can answer properly
What we need to know
It isn't a form to be completed in full: the more you tell us, the more concrete the answer instead of generic.
The details that matter most
- What kind of event it is: webinar, online course, live presentation
- The date, or at least the period you have in mind
- Who you want to reach: sector, role, geographical area
- How many sign-ups you need for the event to make sense
- The advertising budget you have in mind, even roughly
If you don't have everything yet
Write to us anyway. Date and budget are the two items that shape the proposal more than anything else, but if they're still open we can work out together what's realistic.
After the first message
What happens, in order
We analyse the event, the audience and the promotion window. It tells us whether the project stands up with the budget and the timing you have.
We write back with the package that fits and a budget estimate. If the smallest one is enough, that's the one we'll point you to.
If it helps, we have a short call to clear up the details. It isn't compulsory: some people prefer to stay on email.
